The Entitlement process includes preliminary City processing such as Rezoning, Design Review, Site Plan Approval, Variance Requests, etc.
Each jurisdiction’s process and exhibit requirements are different and we have worked successfully in many of them. Typically, we work with the client, zoning attorney, civil engineer and landscape architect to prepare submittals, meet with City staff and attend public hearings.
In addition to having a viable, well-designed project, it is imperative that the presentation style used is detailed, efficient and appealing.
