Over the years, we have had good experiences with a variety of consulting civil engineering companies.
In 2007, we became involved with the formation of a new local civil engineering company – Terrascape Consulting.
Terrascape is located in our Phoenix office and this close relationship has met and exceeded our expectations.
The ability of the architect and civil engineer to promptly coordinate from day one as well as continuously throughout the development process has significantly accelerated the process and has resulted in positive results on the final project.
When working on a common project, the integration of our services allows us to efficiently and consistently address technical issues (grading, drainage, utilities, site circulation, etc.) as a fluid part of the creative planning and design process.
