In consideration of my entry being accepted in this event, I, intend to be legally bound. And, I waive all claims for damages which I may accrue, against Whitneybell Architects Inc, its officers, employees or any others associated with the "Turkey Trot Invitational", for any damages, or injuries sustained in connection with my voluntary participation in this event. My physical condition to engage in this event is my own responsibility. I understand that this is not a race and that aid stations are not provided and that officials are not provided to assist in crossing the streets. I will take full responsibility for my (and my children's) safety throughout and especially when crossing the streets.
