Yes, of course it is the really fun, enjoyable part of life: Take an easy walk, climb stairs, park a little further from the grocery store, etc. Exercise just becomes an enjoyable treat easily incorporated into daily life.

Ah, here’s a tip: Most yoga studios now offer “restorative” classes – these are very, very easy and mostly laying around in stretch positions but physically and mentally very refreshing. Try it… Enjoy!!
