Challenges
- Create a commercial/retail centerpiece to meet the expectations for the Ocotillo area of Chandler – the developer, City Council and staff and surrounding neighbors as well as our project team expected this to be a showcase project.
- Integrate the downtown site with the greater master plan.
- Create leasable spaces to attract innovative and popular tenants.
