- Design a unique apartment home community on a site with two 404 washes.
- Meet the considerable design guidelines of the overall DC Ranch master plan.
- Utilize a higher density building type in the center of the site in order to provide additional open space and low density buildings on the perimeter.
- Create a project with “curb appeal” from both the adjacent street level and the 101 freeway a mile away.
