- Create a unique site plan and elevation design to help this project stand out amongst the many multifamily projects in the area.
- Utilize vibrant colors in groupings on the site plan in order to create villages within the larger complex.
- Incorporate a viable vineyard in the project and insert vineyard design elements throughout the site.
