WPI has enjoyed notable recognition and awards in it’s 30+ year history.
Some of our recent design awards include:
“Best Luxury Multi-Family Garden Apartment Community 2000” by the National Apartment Association for High Desert Village at DC Ranch Apartments.
2001 Tributes Awards for “Best Property Built Between 1997-2000” by the Arizona Multihousing Association for High Desert Village at DC Ranch Apartments.
“2005 Architectural Merit Award” from the City of Chandler for the design of the unique Villa Pallavicini Apartments.
2006 Tributes Award from the Arizona Multihousing Association as “Best Community Design” for Desert Parks Vista Apartments.
2007 “Architectural Excellence Award” from the City of Chandler for the design of Chuparosas Apartments.
In addition, we have been awarded the Alfred P. Sloan Award for Business Excellence three times. Most recently, we received the award (now called the “When Work Works Award”) in 2014. This award recognizes employers who successfully use workplace flexibility to meet employer and employee goals.
